声学多普勒水流剖面仪流量比测实验
声学多普勒水流剖面仪是目前较先进的河道测流设备.按《规范》要求,利用该仪器前,需要对该仪器与流速仪测流的实测流量进行对比实验,计算其换算系数.在分析ADCP测流原理的基础上,利用引黄干渠张二庄水文站实测流量资料,对两种测流方法测量结果进行对比分析.根据最小二乘法原理,建立回归直线,并对其进行检验.对回归直线进行拟合优度检验,拟合优度系数为0.982;对回归直线用F检验法进行截距检验,回归效果显著.在该断面用ADCP测流时,流量换算系数为0.9911.冯智学 - 南水北调与水利科技文章来源: 万方数据 -
For planning optimum multiple stresses accelerated life test plans, a commonly followed guiding principle is that all parameters of the life-stress relationship should be estimated, and the number of the stress level combinations must be no less than the number of parameters of the life-stress relationship. However, the general objective of an accelerated life test(ALT) is to assess the p-th quantile of the product life distribution under normal stress. For this objective, estimating all model parameters is not necessary, and this will increase the cost of test. Based on the theoretical conclusion that the stress level combinations of the optimum multiple stresses ALT plan locate on a straight line through the origin of coordinate, it is proposed that a design idea of planning the optimum multiple stresses ALT plan through transforming the problem of designing an optimum multiple stresses ALT plan to designing an optimum single stress ALT plan. Moreover, a method of planning the optimum multiple stresses ALT plan which can avoid estimating all model parameters is established. An example shows that, the proposed plan which only has two stress level combinations could achieve an accuracy no less than the traditional plan, and save the test time and cost on one stress level combination at least; when the actual product life is less than the design value, even the deviation of the model initial parameters value is up to 20%, the variance of the estimation of the p-th quantile of the proposed plan is still smaller than the traditional plans approximately 25%. Drill sampling has been widely employed as an effective way to acquire deep samples in extraterrestrial exploration. A novel sampling method, namely, flexible-tube coring, was adopted for the Chang'e mission to acquire drilling cores without damaging stratification information. Since the extraterrestrial environment is uncertain and different from the terrestrial environment, automated drill sampling missions are at risk of failure. The principles of drilling and coring for the lunar subsurface should be fully tested and verified on earth before launch. This paper proposes a test-bed for conducting the aforementioned experiments on earth. The test-bed comprises a rotary-percussive drilling mechanism, penetrating mechanism, drilling medium container, and signal acquisition and control system. For granular soil, coring experiments indicate that the sampling method has a high coring rate greater than 80%. For hard rock, drilling experiments indicate that the percussive frequency greatly affects the drilling efficiency. A multi-layered simulant composed of granular soil and hard rock is built to test the adaptability of drilling and coring. To tackle complex drilling media, an intelligent drilling strategy based on online recognition is proposed to improve the adaptability of the sampling drill. The current research of machine center accuracy in workspace mainly focuses on the poor geometric error subjected to thermal and gravity load while in operation,however,there are little researches focusing on the effect of machine center elastic deformations on workspace volume.Therefore,a method called pre-deformation for assembly performance is presented.This method is technically based on the characteristics of machine tool assembly and collaborative computer-aided engineering(CAE)analysis.The research goal is to enhance assembly performance,including straightness,positioning,and angular errors,to realize the precision of the machine tool design.A vertical machine center is taken as an example to illustrate the proposed method.The concept of travel error is defined to obtain the law of the guide surface.The machine center assembly performance is analyzed under cold condition and thermal balance condition to establish the function of pre-deformation.Then,the guide surface in normal direction is processed with the pre-deformation function,and the machine tool assembly performance is measured using a laser interferometer.The measuring results show that the straightness deviation of the Z component in the Y-direction is 158.9%of the allowable value primarily because of the gravity of the spindle head,and the straightness of the X and Y components is minimal.When the machine tool is processed in pre-deformation,the straightness of the Z axis moving component is reduced to 91.2%.This research proposes a pre-deformation machine center assembly method which has sufficient capacity to improving assembly accuracy of machine centers.- 中国机械工程学报文章来源: 万方数据

In the mixed-flow pump design,the shape of the flow passage can directly affect the flow capacity and the internal flow,thus influencing hydraulic performance,cavitation performance and operation stability of the mixed-flow pump.However,there is currently a lack of experimental research on the influence mechanism.Therefore,in order to analyze the effects of subtle variations of the flow passage on the mixed-flow pump performance,the frustum cone surface of the end part of inlet contraction flow passage of the mixed-flow pump is processed into a cylindrical surface and a test rig is built to carry out the hydraulic performance experiment.In this experiment,parameters,such as the head,the efficiency,and the shaft power,are measured,and the pressure fluctuation and the noise signal are also collected.The research results suggest that after processing the inlet flow passage,the head of the mixed-flow pump significantly goes down;the best efficiency of the mixed-flow pump drops by approximately 1.5%,the efficiency decreases more significantly under the large flow rate;the shaft power slightly increases under the large flow rate,slightly decreases under the small flow rate.In addition,the pressure fluctuation amplitudes on both the impeller inlet and the diffuser outlet increase significantly with more drastic pressure fluctuations and significantly lower stability of the internal flow of the mixed-flow pump.At the same time,the noise dramatically increases.Overall speaking,the subtle variation of the inlet flow passage leads to a significant change of the mixed-flow pump performance,thus suggesting a special attention to the optimization of flow passage.This paper investigates the influence of the flow passage variation on the mixed-flow pump performance by experiment,which will benefit the optimal design of the flow passage of the mixed-flow pump.- 中国机械工程学报文章来源: 万方数据

Compared with the traditional non-cutting measurement,machining tests can more accurately reflect the kinematic errors of five-axis machine tools in the actual machining process for the users.However,measurement and calculation of the machining tests in the literature are quite difficult and time-consuming.A new method of the machining tests for the trunnion axis of five-axis machine tool is proposed.Firstly,a simple mathematical model of the cradle-type five-axis machine tool was established by optimizing the coordinate system settings based on robot kinematics.Then,the machining tests based on error-sensitive directions were proposed to identify the kinematic errors of the trunnion axis of cradle-type five-axis machine tool.By adopting the error-sensitive vectors in the matrix calculation,the functional relationship equations between the machining errors of the test piece in the error-sensitive directions and the kinematic errors of C-axis and A-axis of five-axis machine tool rotary table was established based on the model of the kinematic errors.According to our previous work,the kinematic errors of C-axis can be treated as the known quantities,and the kinematic errors of A-axis can be obtained from the equations.This method was tested in Mikron UCP600 vertical machining center.The machining errors in the error-sensitive directions can be obtained by CMM inspection from the finished test piece to identify the kinematic errors of five-axis machine tool trunnion axis.Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed method can reduce the complexity,cost,and the time consumed substantially,and has a wider applicability.This paper proposes a new method of the machining tests for the trunnion axis of five-axis machine tool.- 中国机械工程学报文章来源: 万方数据

Now the optimization strategies for power distribution are researched widely,and most of them are aiming to the optimal fuel economy and the driving cycle must be preknown.Thus if the actual driving condition deviates from the scheduled driving cycle,the effect of optimal results will be declined greatly.Therefore,the instantaneous optimization strategy carried out on-line is studied in this paper.The power split path and the transmission efficiency are analyzed based on a special power-split scheme and the efficiency models of the power transmitting components are established.The synthetical efficiency optimization model is established for enhancing the transmission efficiency and the fuel economy.The identification of the synthetical efficiency as the optimization objective and the constrain group are discussed emphatically.The optimization is calculated by the adaptive simulated annealing(ASA)algorithm and realized on-line by the radial basis function(RBF)-based similar models.The optimization for power distribution of the hybrid vehicle in an actual driving condition is carried out and the road test results are presented.The test results indicate that the synthetical efficiency optimization method can enhance the transmission efficiency and the fuel economy of the power-split hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)observably.Compared to the rules-based strategy the optimization strategy is optimal and achieves the approximate global optimization solution for the power distribution.The synthetical efficiency optimization solved by ASA algorithm can give attentions to both optimization quality and calculation efficiency,thus it has good application foreground for the power distribution of power-split HEV.- 中国机械工程学报文章来源: 万方数据

衡水市地下水环境状况及变化趋势分析
