The existing research of steering comfort mainly focuses on the subjective evaluation,aiming at designing and optimizing the steering system.In the development of steering system,especially the evaluation of steering comfort,the objective evaluation methods considered the kinematic characteristics of driver steering maneuver are not proposed,which means that the objective evaluation of steering cannot be conducted with the evaluation of kinematic characteristics of driver in steering maneuver.In order to propose the objective evaluation methods of steering comfort,the evaluation of steering movement quality of driver is developed on the basis of the study of the kinematic characteristics of steering maneuver.First,the steering motion trajectories of the driver in both comfortable and certain extreme uncomfortable operation conditions are detected using the Vicon motion capture system.The operation conditions are under the restrictions of the vertical height and horizontal distance between steering wheel center and the H-point of driver,and the steering resisting torque else.Next,the movement quality evaluation of driver steering maneuver is assessed using twelve kinds of evaluation indices based on the kinematic analyses of the steering motion trajectories to propose an objective evaluation method.Finally,an integrated discomfort index of steering maneuver is proposed on the basis of the regression analysis of subjective evaluation rating and the movement quality evaluation indices,including the Jerk,Discomfort and Joint Torque indices.The test results show that the proposed integrated discomfort index gives a good fitting with the subjective evaluation of discomfort,which means it can be used to evaluate or predict the discomfort level of steering maneuver.This paper proposes an objective evaluation method of steering comfort based on the movement quality evaluation of driver steering maneuver.- 中国机械工程学报文章来源: 万方数据

It is a common phenomenon that the cracks originating from a hole can cause structural damage in engineering.However,the fracture mechanics studies of hole edge crack problems are not sufficient.The problem of an elliptical hole with two collinear edge cracks of unequal length in an infinite plate under uniform tension at infinity is investigated.Based on the complex variable method,the analytical solutions of stress functions and stress intensity factors are provided.The stress distribution along the axes and the edge of the elliptical hole is given graphically.The numerical results show that there is obvious stress concentration near the hole and cracks,and the stresses tend to applied loads at distances far from the defect,which conform to Saint-Venant's principle.Hence,the stress functions are proved to be right.Under special conditions,the present configuration becomes the Griffith crack,two symmetrical cracks emanating from an elliptical hole,two cracks of unequal length emanating from a circular hole,a crack at the edge of a circular hole,or a crack emanating from an elliptical hole.Compared with available results,stress intensity factors for these special shapes of ellipses and cracks show good coincidence.The stress intensity factor for two cracks of unequal length at the edge of an elliptical hole increases with the crack length and the major-to-minor axis ratio of the elliptical hole.The stress distribution in an infinite plate containing an elliptic hole with unsymmetrical cracks is given for the first time.- 中国机械工程学报文章来源: 万方数据

Objective Immediate physical exercise has been recommended for patients in the recovery phase to improve survival and quality of life(QOL)and reduce recurrence of disease.The new NCCN Guidelines for Survivorship also highlighted the role of exercise in post-cancer health,encouraging patients to perform light physical activity following treatment.The aim of our study is to effect of Tai Chi Chuan(TCC)on serotonin and cortisol for monitoring stress and QOL in post-treatment breast cancer patients.Methods Totally85 post-treatment breast cancer patients were enrolled in this study to observe the effects of practicing TCC on recovery,as well as stress and happiness which are indicators of QOL of in patients.Peripheral blood was drawn from study subjects to analyze the levels of serotonin,cortisol and high sensitive C-reactive protein(HSCRP)at baseline,and at 3,6 and 12 months of TCC practice.Blood was drawn from healthy subjects only at baseline.A QOL questionnaire was administered to study subjects at three time points throughout the study,and once for healthy controls.The data were processed by analysis of variance of repeated measurement.Results At 3,6 and 12 months time points following regular TCC exercise,WBC,RBC,hemoglobin in blood samples showed a statistically significant difference(F=161.55,172.14,289.73;all P=0.00);the level of serotonin(biomarker for well-being),cortisol(indicator of stress)and HS-CRP(biomarker for inflammation)showed a statistical improvement(F=307.46,182.85,102.23;all P=0.00).After 3,6 and 12 months of regular TCC exercise,according to the results of QOL questionnaire,the indicators including quality of sleep,perceived hunger,fatigue,contentment,stress and social interaction presented a significant difference(F=312.98,222.64,543.90,46.05,28.10,78.92,all P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference in life dissatisfaction(F=56.61,P=0.166)Conclusions TCC physical activity for post-treatment breast cancer patients improved QOL and overall well-being,leading to improved mental,physical and psychological functioning.Regulated levels of serotonin and cortisol mediated by TCC exercises are proved to be vital for continued good health.- 中华乳腺病杂志(电子版)文章来源: 万方数据

The idle time which is part of the order fulfillment time is decided by the number of items in the zone; therefore the item assignment method affects the picking efficiency. Whereas previous studies only focus on the balance of number of kinds of items between different zones but not the number of items and the idle time in each zone. In this paper, an idle factor is proposed to measure the idle time exactly. The idle factor is proven to obey the same vary trend with the idle time, so the object of this problem can be simplified from minimizing idle time to minimizing idle factor. Based on this, the model of item assignment problem in synchronized zone automated order picking system is built. The model is a form of relaxation of parallel machine scheduling problem which had been proven to be NP-complete. To solve the model, a taboo search algorithm is proposed. The main idea of the algorithm is minimizing the greatest idle factor of zones with the 2-exchange algorithm. Finally, the simulation which applies the data collected from a tobacco distribution center is conducted to evaluate the performance of the algorithm. The result verifies the model and shows the algorithm can do a steady work to reduce idle time and the idle time can be reduced by 45.63% on average. This research proposed an approach to measure the idle time in synchronized zone automated order picking system. The approach can improve the picking efficiency significantly and can be seen as theoretical basis when optimizing the synchronized automated order picking systems.- 中国机械工程学报文章来源: 万方数据

河北省引黄输水水质变化特征分析
河北省引黄输水工程是解决河北省水资源危机的有效措施.从1993年开始的引黄输水工程,为缓解河北省水资源紧张发挥了重要作用.通过对引黄输水水质监测结果分析,通过对8次引黄输水水质评价,在对所监测的项目中.有3次输水没有超标现象,有3次污染物的超标倍数小于或等于1,有2次超标倍数在1.2~2.8之间.从输水水质主要污染物分析,主要污染物为氨氮、挥发酚、总磷、总锰、总镉.根据对黄河水源水质资料分析,氮类污染和金属类污染主要受缓和黄河水源的影响,挥发酚、总磷污染主要受河道环境的污染.通过对引黄调水水质评价,受黄河水源和沿途河道的影响,引黄调水水质存在较大的不确定性.因此应加强对引黄调水水质的监测,为用水部门及时提供调水水质信息,以便制宰相席的用水方案.张家兴,张学知 - 南水北调与水利科技文章来源: 万方数据 -
胰岛素样细胞生长因子-1、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子及转化生长因子a对人表皮干细胞增殖的影响
目的表皮干细胞是组织工程化皮肤的"种子细胞".文中研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、胰岛素样细胞生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)和转化生长因子仅(transforming growth factor a,TGFa)对人表皮干细胞增殖的影响.方法采用两步酶消化法和Ⅳ型胶原差速贴壁相结合的方法获得人原代表皮干细胞,将表皮干细胞分为A组(K-SFM)、B组(K-SFM+bFGF)、C组(K-SFM+IGF-1)及D组(K-SFM+TGFot)进行培养.比较不同组之间表皮干细胞的克隆形成率、生长增殖、生长曲线和细胞周期等指标.结果B组、C组及D组培养的表皮干细胞在细胞增殖、细胞克隆率方面检测结果均明显高于A组(P〈0.05);流式细胞仪检测B组、C组与A组及D组处于G0/G1细胞比例比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论IGF-1、bFGF及TGF-a均对表皮干细胞的增殖有促进作用,IGF-1及bFGF对表皮干细胞表型的维持有较好的作用.陈建国,孟庆楠,赵德梅,谭谦 - 医学研究生学报文章来源: 万方数据 -
