Synthesis and Characterization of Layered Perovskite-type Organic-inorganic Hybrids (R-NH_3)_2(CH_3NH_3)Pb_2I_7
Layered organic-inorganic hybrids containing bilayer perovsikte (R-NH3)2(CH3NH3)Pb2I7 (where R=C12H25,C6H5C2H4) were synthesized by reactions in solution. The influences of the solvents and the reactant ratio on the structures of the products were investigated. The structures and the properties of the hybrids were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet and visible (UV) adsorption spectra. For comparing with the bilayer perovskite hybrids in structure and band gap magnitude, the hybrids containing monolayer perovskite (R-NH3)2PbI4 were also synthesized and characterized. 双轴应变对纤锌矿GaN、AlN、InN及其合金电子有效质量的影响
利用第一性原理计算方法密度泛函理论的局域密度近似计算了纤锌矿氮化铝(AlN)、氮化镓(GaN)、氮化铟(InN)及其合金在双轴应变下的电子有效质量.对于GaN和AlN,张应变使电子有效质量增大而压应变使电子有效质量减少,但却使InN电子有效质量在张应变和压应变下都增大.由于三元合金(AlxGa1-xNx InxGa1-xN和AlxIn1-xN)与GaN异质结的新颖特性,同时计算了三元合金在松弛和应变下电子有效质量的变化趋势.受制于GaN基板的平面应力,外延AlxGa1-xN和AlxIn1-xN电子有效质量将减少,而InxGa1-xN电子有效质量增大,且随着In含量变大而更显著.对铟氮化合物应变下电子有效质量异常的机制也做了讨论.周卓帆,张继华,刘伟,杨传仁,陈宏伟,赵强 - 固体电子学研究与进展文章来源: 万方数据 -
涂硼MRPC热中子探测器用于补偿中子测井的蒙特卡罗研究
本文利用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了涂硼多气隙电阻板室(Multi-gap Resistive Plate Chamber,MRPC)热中子探测器和3He正比计数管在常规条件和欠平衡条件下的补偿中子测井中的响应.模拟结果表明,使用涂硼MRPC热中子探测器时,得到近远探测器计数随孔隙度而增加,且与使用3He正比计数管时得到的结果基本一致,说明涂硼MRPC热中子探测器可用于补偿中子测井.贾文宝,曾捷,单卿,凌永生,黑大千,张焱,魏勇红 - 核技术文章来源: 万方数据 -
Garfield模拟工作气体对涂硼MRPC热中子探测器性能的影响
多气隙电阻板室(Multigap Resistive Plate Chamber,MRPC)是一种新型气体探测器,具有探测效率高和时间分辨好等优点,在内层玻璃涂硼后可用于热中子探测.不同的工作气体对涂硼MRPC热中子探测器的性能有很大影响.利用Garfield模拟了不同工作气体的汤生系数玑电子吸附系数口、漂移速度v、扩散系数D等物理参数,并计算给出了MRPC的时间分辨率σ、本征探测效率ε.通过模拟结果对工作气体进行优化,为探测器的实际制作和实验测试提供必要的指导.单卿,曾捷,贾文宝,凌永生,黑大千,魏勇红,张焱 - 核技术文章来源: 万方数据
