New generation thermo-mechanical control process(TMCP) based on ultra-fast cooling is being widely adopted in plate mill to product high-performance steel material at low cost. Ultra-fast cooling system is complex because of optimizing the temperature control error generated by heat transfer mathematical model and process parameters. In order to simplify the system and improve the temperature control precision in ultra-fast cooling process, several existing models of case-based reasoning(CBR) model are reviewed. Combining with ultra-fast cooling process, a developed R5 CBR model is proposed, which mainly improves the case representation, similarity relation and retrieval module. Certainty factor is defined in semantics memory unit of plate case which provides not only internal data reliability but also product performance reliability. Similarity relation is improved by defined power index similarity membership function. Retrieval process is simplified and retrieval efficiency is improved apparently by windmill retrieval algorithm. The proposed CBR model is used for predicting the case of cooling strategy and its capability is superior to traditional process model. In order to perform comprehensive investigations on ultra-fast cooling process, different steel plates are considered for the experiment. The validation experiment and industrial production of proposed CBR model are carried out, which demonstrated that finish cooling temperature(FCT) error is controlled within ±25 ℃ and quality rate of product is more than 97%. The fundamental shear horizontal(SH0) wave has several unique features that are attractive for long-range nondestructive testing(NDT). By a careful design of the geometric configuration, electromagnetic acoustic transducers(EMATs) have the capability to generate a wide range of guided wave modes, such as Lamb waves and shear-horizontal(SH) waves in plates. However, the performance of EMATs is influenced by their parameters. To evaluate the performance of periodic permanent magnet(PPM) EMATs, a distributed-line-source model is developed to calculate the angular acoustic field cross-section in the far-field. Numerical analysis is conducted to investigate the performance of such EMATs with different geometric parameters, such as period and number of magnet arrays, and inner and outer coil widths. Such parameters have a great influence on the directivity of the generated SH0 waves that arises mainly in the amplitude and width of both main and side lobes. According to the numerical analysis, these parameters are optimized to obtain better directivity. Optimized PPM EMATs are designed and used for NDT of strip plates. Experimental results show that the lateral boundary of the strip plate has no perceivable influence on SH0-wave propagation, thus validating their used in NDT. 等离子体法聚苯乙烯多孔板表面接枝顺丁烯二酸酐
以浓度为2.5%的顺丁烯二酸酐乙醇溶液浸泡聚苯乙烯多孔板24 h后,用低温等离子体辐照引发,将顺丁烯二酸酐接枝到多孔板孔的表面.利用表面水接触角测试仪、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIRATR)对其表面进行表征,并用酶标仪测定其在405 nm处空气空白的吸光度,结果表明:处理后的PS表面产生大量的含氧亲水基团,并且处理时间为60 s时,亲水性提高53.8%,吸光度提高31.3%.郑力行,王华山 - 塑料文章来源: 万方数据 -
涂硼MRPC热中子探测器用于补偿中子测井的蒙特卡罗研究
本文利用蒙特卡罗方法模拟了涂硼多气隙电阻板室(Multi-gap Resistive Plate Chamber,MRPC)热中子探测器和3He正比计数管在常规条件和欠平衡条件下的补偿中子测井中的响应.模拟结果表明,使用涂硼MRPC热中子探测器时,得到近远探测器计数随孔隙度而增加,且与使用3He正比计数管时得到的结果基本一致,说明涂硼MRPC热中子探测器可用于补偿中子测井.贾文宝,曾捷,单卿,凌永生,黑大千,张焱,魏勇红 - 核技术文章来源: 万方数据 -
Garfield模拟工作气体对涂硼MRPC热中子探测器性能的影响
